Its not bad at all. Maintenance repairs are performed the same day you request! Room is cozy. Insulation is perfect! Sometimes I forget I have neighbors, except for upstairs of course.

The apartments are great. The balconies are large. The staff is nice. The parking is not that great due to the amount of residents with more than one vehicle.

I do not feel like I live in an apartment. The place is clean and well maintained. The leasing office staff is curtious and helpful.

The apartment is overall in good condition. split floor plan is wonderful. The carpet is cheap and some of the appliances are ancient. The management staff is very nice, but maintenance could afford to add another person since work orders can take 3 -4 days to be acknowledged. Parking is a disaster, there is rarely an open spot and it need to be regulated ASAP. People park in the "NO PARKING" and the "FIRE LANE". Unacceptable. I have had to park 3 buildings away because parking is so very limited. I do love my apartment but I think there is some things that need to be taken care of before we would renew here.

I would tell them, its quiet, nice, beautiful setting. We could use a little more upkeep towards the back of the complex, touching up the paint on garages, breezeways, rails, etc. The grounds are kept nicely and the staff is pleasant.

I have lived at Heron Cove for about 3 years now.The grounds are clean, and kept very nice. I will say that the parking is great, the neighbors are-for the most part quiet. I will say that the space between the upstairs and the downstairs apartments is very thin and YOU can hear EVERYTING!! My living experience here is ok. There were occasions with pests:( i.e, Roaches and palmettos) for a period of time, and the staff made sure that pest control took care of the issue immediatly. My overall experience is about a 3.

So far this apt complex far exceeded my expectations. During the move in process everyone was very helpful, have great attitudes, & I couldn't have asked for a better experience. In fact I have already spoken to my previous apt complex to let them know how much quieter and repectful the neighbors are at Heron Cove. For the price of the apt and services/experience so far and with the at least $300 I am saving each month I am very pleased. Thanks to all the office staff for making my transition very smooth. If all goes as it has to this point I will be a tenant for years to come!

Tha I said before, It is a beautful place to live , is secure ,All people encharge of the office, and also the people of maintenance,always are ready to help us, besides,they are very nice!!!!!
