The apartments are great. The balconies are large. The staff is nice. The parking is not that great due to the amount of residents with more than one vehicle.

The apartment is overall in good condition. split floor plan is wonderful. The carpet is cheap and some of the appliances are ancient. The management staff is very nice, but maintenance could afford to add another person since work orders can take 3 -4 days to be acknowledged. Parking is a disaster, there is rarely an open spot and it need to be regulated ASAP. People park in the "NO PARKING" and the "FIRE LANE". Unacceptable. I have had to park 3 buildings away because parking is so very limited. I do love my apartment but I think there is some things that need to be taken care of before we would renew here.

I would tell them, its quiet, nice, beautiful setting. We could use a little more upkeep towards the back of the complex, touching up the paint on garages, breezeways, rails, etc. The grounds are kept nicely and the staff is pleasant.

Love the area, we have lots of room in our apartment. Staff is great, always have a smile on their face. Any time we need something done they are very prompt. Just wish they would take better care of the trim on the buildings. When you look at other apts. around the area ours look like they are starting to fall apart, which is a shame because they are so good with everything else.

I enjoy it very much. I live in a Bond apartment and there is sometimes a little anxiety when the lease renewal time comes because it's a negotiation I dread. But that only applies to myself. I would recommend living here. Try to avoid apartments near kids, unless that doesn't bother you. hahaha Every employee of The Reserve are fantastic. Jay who works at the gate entrance is one of the nicest, kindest people I have ever met! The maintenance guys are wonderful; as well as the housekeepers. When you call the office for assistance, they are prompt and very happy to assist you. I am getting ready to sign my 5th lease and have lived here since June of 2009. I stay because it's the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.

I love how quiet it is, and how clean the grounds are. My family, and pets, enjoy taking evening walks here without worrying about broken glass and other debris. The office, and maintenance staff are very friendly.
