That it's fantastic. Nice, big apartments for a reasonable price. It's right on the bus route. The only reason I might not tell them to sign a lease right now is that if too many people suddenly want to move in, my rent could go up. That last part was a joke.

I would tell them that I enjoy living there and that I have been a resident since 2008 . Its very quiet and when it's not quiet the staff has no problem correcting the issue, as well as, protecting the residents against suspicious behavior. I would also inform them that it's an older style apartment and not to expect new amenities.

I would tell them that all is well. It's quiet, convenient to town, and affordable. Despite the apartments being a little old (non-energy efficient appliances), things are good.

I would tell them definitely--excellent neighborhood, cheap rent, and lots of space. The girls (Rachel and Melissa) at the office are the best leasing office workers I have ever lived under. Great place to live!
