This is a nice, quiet community that includes young children/families, young couples, and retirees. The office staff is always incredibly helpful and pleasant. There are resident functions every month from pool parties to breakfast on your way to work. This complex is located directed next to a Publix shopping center with easy access to restaurants, gas stations, and the public library. I have never worried about the safety of myself, my vehicle, or my apartment in the 6+ months I've been living here.

I would tell them the management staff is very professional and will assist you with any need that you may have. They are above average in all aspects of what a community can and should offer to residents.

It's wonderful. The community and office staff are exceptionally sweet.. everyone is always waving and I love that. We recently just got our first newsletter this month and it was such a nice surprise. It was put together so professionally and had some great information. Oh, and the Happy Birthdays to the community members on the back is such a kind idea! The apartments are always very well lit up and I feel completely safe at night while walking my dogs. I appreciate the speed bump at the gate because it helps put my mind at ease when thinking about intruders. I have no complaints about Walden... It's a beautiful place to call home!

W`e love our home in Marietta. I kids love it too. They love it so much that they did'nt want to move out...so we did. Walden @ Oakwood has been a sanctuary for my husband and I...kind of like an extended vacation. I cannot say enough about the beauty of the complex itself or the atmosphere that surounds it. Beautifully kept grounds, spotless pool and exercise room with all working, well kept equipment. Saftey is never a concern with the 24 hour locally employed courtesy police officer and the staff is the best at doing whatevers in their power to serve the needs of the residents. I don't know why anyone would rent anywhere else...

I would tell them that It is like living in a luxury apartment complex with out the luxury price. I feel as though the staff caters to your needs and the manager Reina is WONDERFUL!! she listens and genuenly is concerned about how you feel and how you like your new apartment. You get it all here, pool, buisiness center, the grounds are neat and tidy and you feel very safe walking around and enjoying your new home. If you have to call maintenence they will come immediatly and fix your problem fast! I am VERY happy with valencia Park!

i love staying here, it is a very quiet neighborhood, it took a while to get certain items up to par in my apartment, but once everything was addressed, I havent had any problems, they are very prompt about taken care of problems.
