Our house burned down on December 31st 2011, we lost 95% percent of our belongings and some of our pets. Even though we are here on a temporary basis, we felt comfortable upon entering our apartment for the first time. I hope that no one reading this ever loses their home to fire, but I can tell you, it is a feeling that tears at your heart, your mind, and your soul all at once. Our Holland Park leasing agent, Jackie Barbour, worked very hard to make our transition from a tragedy to a new start that is getting better by the day. Thanks from us Tom. Anne and Ashley

It is very peaceful and the staff is always helpful and supportive. I started out living here as a single person, three years ago. I felt comfortable enough to start my family in what I consider to be a loving environment. I have enjoyed my time here at Holland Park and I am certain that you will as well.

The buildings a very pretty, but Holland Park is a little insecure. I have seen a lot of little kids got hit by teens, and the security car is only at night. The buildings that are at the top of the neighbor are always clean, but the ones that are all they way in the back, get cleaned like once a month. I have seen some of my friends buildings and they are nothing like mine. Also, one of my neighbors got on the apartment of other of my neighbors and stole some stuff. Thanks God, the owners of the apartment got to home on time and saw them stealing so the cops got them and they don't live in here anymore. I think that the holland park workers don't choose too well who is going to live in here and who's not. They kind of care too much about money and less about security in general. I would give Holland Park on a scale of 5 a 3.

I like living here. We really enjoy being here in the summer. I'm not fond of the gates being open on the weekends and I wish I knew exactly when the trash is going to be picked up. Maintenance gets a BIG thumbs up from me. I haven't experienced anything negative since I've been here and don't expect to.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoy living here. Our valet trash service picks up every night other than Tuesday and Thursday, and you may place your trash out between 6:00-8:00 p.m. each night of pick up. Also, we work diligently to ensure the gates remain closed at all times. However, there are brief periods when maintenance is necessary to keep them functioning and in good repair.
