It has everything you need. Workout center, pool, pond, and a little park. Prices are great because they fit the property just right. You get exactly what you pay for. The staff are very professional and wonderful to speak with. Maintenance is very prompt about working on anything that may be wrong.

It is quiet and affordable for the space you get. The grounds are clean and there is a great deal of activities to do such as a play ground for the kids, swimming pool, gym, and even a duck pond.

The staff highlight the exceptional experience of living at Traditions. Lisa the customer service representative, is one of the most professional, helpful, and caring individuals I have associated with regarding any customer related experience in my professional career. The maintenance team is highly responsive to requests in a timely manner. The complex is older, however the staff does a great job at modernizing and maintaining its features. I had quite a comfortable experience at Traditions and recommend this complex to anyone.

Traditions at Augusta is a wonderful place to become a resident. Traditions at Augusta is an ideal location to live. Close to shopping, parks, and interstates makes getting around town quick and easy! Apartment living is spacious and cozy with a fantastic group of ladies who run the place! Maintenance is prompt in answering service calls and fixing problems if needed. I've enjoyed living here and getting to know the friendly staff. Oh and my little Havanese Maxwell loves the ladies too! My time here at Traditions has been ideal and I hope to continue living the "tradition" here at Traditions at Augusta!
