The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. I have had friendly and helpful neighbors. I plan on staying for a long time. My sister and brother-in-law are planning on moving in when they retire.

1. No notice or input on the elimination of the drop box. 2. No notice or input on the decision to not replace the playground! Where are the children supposed to play? in the dog walking areas? Seriously? 3. 25 minutes for the fire department to respond to the building alarm. Are the alarms not connected to 911? We had to call them ourselves. 4. I gave 2 months notice on my lease renewal but the rate was not adjusted for the prorated amount of $14 for the 6 days in April on the new lease. I received an additional bill with a deadline to pay but...oh wait no drop box...and a wasted check. .5. Reduced lobby hours. I work long hours and have to leave work early to retrieve packages or they wait until the weekend (10-6) I don't often make it home before 6. 7. I hate that people park int he drive to the mail kiosk instead of parking in the lot...really it is only 10 more steps! 8. I hate that people don't clean up after their dogs....especially now that that is where the children have to play! On a good note...your staff is friendly and respond quickly every time I need something. I know I sound like an unhappy person but I am frustrated bu recent decisions.

Like all apartments, it has its great points and it has some issues... and almost all of them are in the appliance/fixture departments.

Overall it is a very nice place to live. Since AMLI has left there is an obvious difference in management. It is much better. The staff seems so much friendlier. There are a few things I wish could be different. I can hear the water pump any time I use water in our apartment and it is a bit irritating at first but I have gotten used to it. The apartment is in overall good condition but is an older apartment. The pool area is not really an environment for children or anyone uninterested in partying. The gym is small but nice. I enjoy the walking trails a lot and the location is Prime! My biggest frustration is the fact that i can hear every time some one opens or closes their doors.

I really like it here , its clean and everything is easy to access. Although i was disappointed because they tore down the playground to make a dog walking place. and the entrance should have better security. They gate allows multiple people to come in at once and you could park your car in the front and come in through the walking entrance without a card. But other than that it is very nice place to live .

its great, walls are a bit thin and train is loud (but after a while you don't even hear it) overall everybody is nice and friendly. no real complaints,

Everyone who I have met, including the staff are extremely nice. The maintenance staff are fast and very helpful. The only complaint I have is about parking. I realize living in a place where a lot of other people live is always a risk for your vehicle but people here have no idea how to park and there is really no system. So weekends except to park all the way at the pool and risk your car being dinged up. I watched a lady park next to my 2011 Camaro, she parked right on the line... got out noticed what she had done and walked away. So, I walked back to my car and moved it. I feel like this is a little out of control and some system needs to be set up for visitor parking.

The activities for the residents are unmatched; they are fun and I look forward to each one. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are kept up in a timely manner. The management is helpful, friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

Nice & clean aesthetic, new appliances, & feels like home. The customer service has greatly improved since I first moved there in 2008. Please keep Georgia & Kevin around, they are excellent managers and I could not speak more highly of them. Any interaction with the both of them has been nothing but courteous, kind, and helpful. Couldn't ask for better management. :)
