It's downtown living at its best combined with luxury, amenities, great location to shops and the icon theater a few steps away, groceries, expressway and transportation, and spectacular view, best of all free parking for guests!

I would tell them that it is a place that accomodates the busy professional and family. As a single mother of a teenage son, the Roosevelt Collection offers a secure and convenieint community. In addition, due to its wonderful amenities, it allows us to have a high quality of life. Rossevelt Collection is a wonderful place to live for the busy professional.

Location is very convenient if one works in/around River North; eight-minute walk down Kinzie and infinitely quieter. Building is new, well-built, and well-appointed. Pool deck and grills are great and building staff are very friendly.

I'd tell them it's pretty good, although the building is very young and acts the part sometimes. That being said, my neighbors are pretty quiet, and even if they do play loud music it's off or turned down by 9 at night. There are plenty of conveniences right here in the building, from the dry cleaning downstairs to washer/dryers in each apartment to the full fitness center on the eighth floor. Oh, and there's a coffee machine down there, too :) You need a ZipCar? There's one right downstairs or nearby at Jewel/Osco. You take public transportation? We're in walking distance to four lines (Brown, Pink/Green and Blue). Like I said, modern and convenient. Pretty good place to live.

Overall, MDA is a nice place to live. While I have had issues with maintenance and parking, I do acknowledge that the circumstances under which I had to move in, did not allow for many of the maintenance issues to be addressed prior to move in. As well, with the end of recent construction and the announcement of changes to management/monitoring of the parking lots, I am confident that issues with the parking will be addressed. What is more important, however, is how you would weigh other aspects of the living experience, such as amenities, staff, service, professionalism, price point, etc... While price is comparable to other newer apartments in the city, MDA excels at everything else. The amenities are great and what's more, living here feels like a close-knit community as social events and gatherings are planned throughout the year to welcome residents and make them feel at home unlike any other dwelling that I've lived in the city.

I feel that living here is very secure and reliable. I am grateful for the proximity to work, public transportation, and attentive services in the building. The place is clean and it is easy to communicate with the building staff when questions arise. I think the service I have received has been excellent and professional.
