Location is very convenient if one works in/around River North; eight-minute walk down Kinzie and infinitely quieter. Building is new, well-built, and well-appointed. Pool deck and grills are great and building staff are very friendly.

I'd tell them it's pretty good, although the building is very young and acts the part sometimes. That being said, my neighbors are pretty quiet, and even if they do play loud music it's off or turned down by 9 at night. There are plenty of conveniences right here in the building, from the dry cleaning downstairs to washer/dryers in each apartment to the full fitness center on the eighth floor. Oh, and there's a coffee machine down there, too :) You need a ZipCar? There's one right downstairs or nearby at Jewel/Osco. You take public transportation? We're in walking distance to four lines (Brown, Pink/Green and Blue). Like I said, modern and convenient. Pretty good place to live.

Alta K Station is a wonderful environmentally safe apartment that helps take the ease away from not knowing if the apartment is liveable. The apartment is spacious, clean, up-to-date....every person's dream of the perfect apartment! The amentities are incredible. At any time you can go to the 8th floor and enjoy the workout gym, the olympic sized pooll, the basketball court and so much more. You'll also be thrilled with the location. With the Metra train not to far away and the L just a hop skip and a jump away, you'll be satisfied with ability to get anywhere. The restaurants and clubs around the West Loop/River North area are also young, hip and very trendy. Nothing is better than living at Alta K Station!

Its like a hotel full of young people, good vibes, and overall very helpful people working there. I would recommend tha tthey check it out. When the restaurant opens up downstairs and other restaurants and businesses move into the area it will be an even more happening place. Oh and who can forget the smell of chocolate from Blommers!

It's truly resort living. The amenities are absolutely amazing!! I like the energy and the vibe at Alta at K station. It has a real positive atmosphere and I really enjoy it. I love my apartment, my view, the amenities, the people, the location....it's fabulous.

If you're young (and I'm talking in your early to late 20s), this is the building for you. I'm a little older than the average age group of the building, and you can usually hear people in hallways and their music through walls. But as far as having everything you need, from a fitness facility to wireless accessibility on the club floor to an outdoor pool for the summer, Alta at K Station has it. I like it for the convenient location; my work is right across the street, a Jewel-Osco is a few blocks away and there are great restaurants/bars within a few blocks of the place. And if you don't have a car, like I don't anymore, this is the perfect place to be. We're a few blocks from Blue, Green/Pink and Brown CTA lines and Zipcar is available in the garage here and at several other spots in the vicinity.

Perfect location, the best amenities, smells like chocolate most of the time and the staff truly makes you feel like you are coming into your home everyday.
