I stay in the third floor of Yorkshire and the noise from roof AC noise was terrible. Inspite of repeated complaints,the issue is not resolved (till today). They blindly installed noise filters and It did not help. I asked them to have someone to look at it on a weekend when AC is running, they said they will send somebody. But it never happened. It is difficult to sleep during nights with the noise. Once I posted a maintenance request at their portal at 1:00am in the morning. These people are pathetic in identifying and fixing the issues. If it is simple, they will do a great job, if something like this happens, they are clueless. As long there are no issues, nice place to settle in, if some problem occurs..then you have to wait to get itself resolved :)

Thanks for the review! Yes, the building is older but very well maintained. The ownership values this investment and always addresses capital improvements as they arise. We are glad you're happy here!

Great place. They take maintenance very seriously and don't wait for stuff to break before they fix it. One way you can tell that a rental property is good is if the staff live there. 80% of Briarwood's leasing consultants live on the premises! I like it here a lot.

The internet is too slow and the phone connection (AT & T ) is very very poor. There is no place in washrooms to place stuffs and the wash basin in the kitchen is very small and also there is no switch to flush the basin in the kitchen.

I've been a resident at Southgate for 16 years and I personally don't have anything negative to say about the complex. If I ever had a problem, it was handled expeditiously and professionally. I have seen many changes within the complex in these 16 years, staff changes, changes within the grounds and in the buildings, and I must say its a wonderful change! I'm so thankful for the new owners who have taken over this complex and made so many fantastic upgrades. I really appreciate and hope the other residents appreciate the great job they've done in making this a great place to live. As a tenant, I will do my part in helping to maintain a peaceful and clean living environment
