I have lived here for a little over 1 year and have so far had a positive experience. When my boyfriend and I had started to look for an apartment, we were really nervous. We wanted to find a good fit. We had visited several other properties before we decided on renting at Clover Creek. I liked some of the apartments at the other properties but felt that something was lacking in their customer service. When we first stepped into the Clover Creek leasing office we were warmly greeted by a bubbly woman named Jessica. Jessica was incredible. She made us feel very much at home. She listened to our needs and helped us to find the right apartment. We have been very happy since. If I ever need maintenance or any other service I always step into the office and ask for Jessica. She always follows through and I can count on her to get things done.

I've been in Clover Creek Apartments over 6 years minus a year however I came right back. I came back because they as well as the property manager Rhonda showed so much love and compassion for the people that lived in Clover Creek Apartment. We were not just tenants paying monthly rent we mattered to her. She made sure we were safe and doing well. The new property manager Nicole is not nice at all. She isn't concerned about anything but that she gets the monthly rent. She is so quick to accuse a tenant of something without even checking to see first if it's the truth. She changes up the rules without proper notification. Nicole the new property manager is horrible. I'm sure I’m not the only one complaining about her. Her attitude towards the tenants is negative. I’m not sure why you all replaced Rhonda but you all need to work things out with her and get her back on our property.

Clover creek is the perfect place to live. It's full of all different kinds of people. The rules are strict but I feel that's a good thing because it keeps the area safe and clean. Never once have I feared walking my dog at night. The Staff is just awesome! Lisa has helped me so much with anything and everything. Jessica always makes me laugh. My daughter adores Lisa and Jessica. Lupe is always so sweet and caring. They all are just amazing! If something goes wrong, the problem is solved right away! I've lived here for about 2 years and I plan on staying for many years.

I just wanted to take a moment to praise the service that Jessica Lesmez provides the residents here at clover creek. This is not the first apartment I have lived in, but it is the first apartment I have lived in that has felt like a home, a community, and Jessica was first to help create this feeling. From day one, before we even knew for sure we were moving here, she was beyond helpful. She didn't pressure anything, she answered tons of questions, and she was very sincere in everything. When we came back, I was surprised at just how much she remembered about us, greeting us by name. It's been nearly a year now, and she continues to surprise me. She always has that extra time to make you feel welcome and personally cared about. She has helped me with faxes, package pick ups, tenant referrals, and so much more, and always always follows up to ensure that everything is going great here for me. She is truly appreciated by me, and I hope by Clover Creek as well!

The staff is absolutely AMAZING! Very caring and friendly! Lisa and Jessica are phenominal people! I have called Clover Creek my home for the last 6.5 years and will be moving next month as I bought a house. I will be sad leaving as I enjoyed living there.
