EVERYONE who works here is amazing. I have never had a bad experience. From the doormen, to the maintenance men, and the office workers are GREAT. We are very happy at burnham pointe, we moved in when the new management started and we love the building. The staff is very helpful, the amenities are really nice and clean, we live in the 7th floor where all the amenities are but don't hear a thing, walls are sound-proof i guess. I always find a spot to park and overall I love the location. Eventhough its downtown is very quiet, there is a nearby park to walk your dog and few restaurants around, movie theater and supermarket.

Location is very convenient if one works in/around River North; eight-minute walk down Kinzie and infinitely quieter. Building is new, well-built, and well-appointed. Pool deck and grills are great and building staff are very friendly.

I'd tell them it's pretty good, although the building is very young and acts the part sometimes. That being said, my neighbors are pretty quiet, and even if they do play loud music it's off or turned down by 9 at night. There are plenty of conveniences right here in the building, from the dry cleaning downstairs to washer/dryers in each apartment to the full fitness center on the eighth floor. Oh, and there's a coffee machine down there, too :) You need a ZipCar? There's one right downstairs or nearby at Jewel/Osco. You take public transportation? We're in walking distance to four lines (Brown, Pink/Green and Blue). Like I said, modern and convenient. Pretty good place to live.

It's like living in a luxury condo with great staff and amenities... but without paying the luxury price. I love my apartment and its renovated features, I love the upstairs gym/internet center/sunroom, the laundry and loading dock are great... and .. We're close to everything Chicago has to offer!

Fabulous! Wonderful maintenance staff - all staff are fantastic. Clean, quiet for the most part, affordable, and one of the most spacious apartments in the city that I've seen. Lots of places in walking distance, awesome dining, outdoor events are in walking distance, yet quiet and a feel of home all the time.
