EVERYONE who works here is amazing. I have never had a bad experience. From the doormen, to the maintenance men, and the office workers are GREAT. We are very happy at burnham pointe, we moved in when the new management started and we love the building. The staff is very helpful, the amenities are really nice and clean, we live in the 7th floor where all the amenities are but don't hear a thing, walls are sound-proof i guess. I always find a spot to park and overall I love the location. Eventhough its downtown is very quiet, there is a nearby park to walk your dog and few restaurants around, movie theater and supermarket.

I love it a Burnham Pointe. The staff is always quick to help when I have a problem and it's nice that the girls in the office recognize me and know my name. I appreciate the extra emile they go to make me comfortable and make it feel like a real community.

Location is very convenient if one works in/around River North; eight-minute walk down Kinzie and infinitely quieter. Building is new, well-built, and well-appointed. Pool deck and grills are great and building staff are very friendly.

I'd tell them it's pretty good, although the building is very young and acts the part sometimes. That being said, my neighbors are pretty quiet, and even if they do play loud music it's off or turned down by 9 at night. There are plenty of conveniences right here in the building, from the dry cleaning downstairs to washer/dryers in each apartment to the full fitness center on the eighth floor. Oh, and there's a coffee machine down there, too :) You need a ZipCar? There's one right downstairs or nearby at Jewel/Osco. You take public transportation? We're in walking distance to four lines (Brown, Pink/Green and Blue). Like I said, modern and convenient. Pretty good place to live.

I have been a resident for 10 months now. Your property is stunning, your staff is awesome! I am alarmed at the parking situation. I drive a full size ford F-250 and have had to go around the block several times to get to work because cars park in the firelanes and I cannot get between them. I am affraid if there was ever an emergency on the property the fire/ambulances would never make it through. The staff tries to address it with tickets and warnings but people shrug it off and continue to park wherever they want. Other than that you have the nicest rental property I have ever lived in, keep up the good work. By the way your office staff is the BEST too!
