I would say, the application process was simple and easy. The deposit was inexpensive and the front office staff especially, Katie, Jillian and Jenna go beyond to help out. So far so good.....

I stay in the third floor of Yorkshire and the noise from roof AC noise was terrible. Inspite of repeated complaints,the issue is not resolved (till today). They blindly installed noise filters and It did not help. I asked them to have someone to look at it on a weekend when AC is running, they said they will send somebody. But it never happened. It is difficult to sleep during nights with the noise. Once I posted a maintenance request at their portal at 1:00am in the morning. These people are pathetic in identifying and fixing the issues. If it is simple, they will do a great job, if something like this happens, they are clueless. As long there are no issues, nice place to settle in, if some problem occurs..then you have to wait to get itself resolved :)

I have been living at the International Village - Lombard since 2008 and it has become my home. The office staff is more than helpful, the maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day which is nice and the new clubhouse is amazing. This started out to be just a temporary place to stay but has turned into my home and i do not see myself leaving anytime soon because this place truly does have it all. The International Village is hands down the BEST place to live. Take it from me, I live here :)

The staff and maintenance crew are quick to respond to whatever we may need. The leasing staff members are friendly and available throughout the week. Maintenance crew makes sure the parking lots and walkways are safe to walk on, especially in winter. The Crew also picks up loose debris/trash around the whole area. Lakehaven offers convenient recycling receptacles throughout the area, hallways are vacuumed 2x a week. Overall, the staff makes sure that the living areas are clean and beautiful. Size and layouts of apartments are open and accommodating to many families. Parking is convenient and there is always available space no matter the time of day. It is close to a mall, library, parks, police station, and other stores. The only thing I do not like too much are the walls are a little thin; I can hear when neighbors use the bathroom. The bathroom cabinets do not have handle bars, and some of the electrical outlets are not in the most advantageous places. Overall, Lakehaven is proud of the service they provide and it shows from what they offer to their residents, and my family and I are happy to be Lakehaven residents.

I have lived here for a little over 1 year and have so far had a positive experience. When my boyfriend and I had started to look for an apartment, we were really nervous. We wanted to find a good fit. We had visited several other properties before we decided on renting at Clover Creek. I liked some of the apartments at the other properties but felt that something was lacking in their customer service. When we first stepped into the Clover Creek leasing office we were warmly greeted by a bubbly woman named Jessica. Jessica was incredible. She made us feel very much at home. She listened to our needs and helped us to find the right apartment. We have been very happy since. If I ever need maintenance or any other service I always step into the office and ask for Jessica. She always follows through and I can count on her to get things done.

I've been in Clover Creek Apartments over 6 years minus a year however I came right back. I came back because they as well as the property manager Rhonda showed so much love and compassion for the people that lived in Clover Creek Apartment. We were not just tenants paying monthly rent we mattered to her. She made sure we were safe and doing well. The new property manager Nicole is not nice at all. She isn't concerned about anything but that she gets the monthly rent. She is so quick to accuse a tenant of something without even checking to see first if it's the truth. She changes up the rules without proper notification. Nicole the new property manager is horrible. I'm sure I’m not the only one complaining about her. Her attitude towards the tenants is negative. I’m not sure why you all replaced Rhonda but you all need to work things out with her and get her back on our property.

I would tell them that it is very homey. The community is very pretty and the people here are friendly. The hard work put into this community clearly shows from the apartment I live in to the surrounding units. I am very happy living here at Ascot Glen.
