Very nice place to live, lived here almost 1yr. The people in the office have always been very helpful and very professional. The maintenance team is outstanding, very quick to address all issues: discrepancies in apartment or making sure there is salt on sidewalks/stairs. Safe place and close to everything.

The Front Office staff is very friendly and professional. The grounds are AWESOME. Everything in the area is within a few minutes drive; grocery; theater; coffee; restaurants, public transportation. The Maintenance crew is ABOVE PAR.

The neighborhood isn't the best, but it is getting better. My building hasn't been redone yet, so the hallways look kinda scary, but the inside of my apartment is ok. I wish the roach gel in the hallways is kinda tacky, but if it keeps the roaches away.... then I will but up with it.

This place has it all... 1 Prime location. 2. 2 blocks from the ballpark & 2 blocks from other venues 3. not much traffic or tourist roaming around - not like Washington Ave. 4. very accommodating to what each person/ family needs 5. Secure and safe The only cons will be: 1. Parking price is a bit extreme./ no parking for visitors 2. Needs a fret elevator 3. Some walls are pretty thin

Living in the Merchandise Mart is a very comfortable home like environment. You get the loft experience, with the feel of a surburban neighborhood. Lots of amenities and social experiences, with a warm and friendly staff.

I would tell them that living at the Parc allows you to have the perfect balance between city life and being part of a very tight knit community here in the Central West End. The location couldn't be more perfect! Forest Park is right across the street and many other historic areas in St. Louis are a quick walk or short drive away! The staff at the Parc is hands down the best! Warm, friendly, and also concerned about my safety, the staff at the Parc is happy to have anyone who chooses to reside in their building!

Great location and view. Never had any problems with anything, and everyone here is really nice. The only con is that you hear a lot of ambulance sirens, due to proximity to the hospital.

Amazing! The doormen are nice. Maitenence is very quick and will come back to get the job finished. The location can't be better across from the park and in the west end. Best building I've lived in. The community laundry is really nice and other tennants have been respectful of my laudnry which is always a plus.

If I'm ever having a bad day, all I have to do is go to the lobby or parking garage and see the people who work here. They always put a smile on my face and are super helpful. Parc Frontenac is a very welcoming and safe place to live.
