Great place. They take maintenance very seriously and don't wait for stuff to break before they fix it. One way you can tell that a rental property is good is if the staff live there. 80% of Briarwood's leasing consultants live on the premises! I like it here a lot.

The internet is too slow and the phone connection (AT & T ) is very very poor. There is no place in washrooms to place stuffs and the wash basin in the kitchen is very small and also there is no switch to flush the basin in the kitchen.

The apartments are really good spacious, some have minor problems that need to be fixed. The environmen in the building is very nice and the people who work here are always willing to help.

Living at The Reserve is kind of like being in a relationship. Because we love living here, but there are little things that we have learned to live with because we can't change them. Like the fan in the bathroom turning on with the light; the walls and ceiling are thin and we can hear our neighbors; the countertop material for our sinks in the bathroom is really weird; and there is a knocking noise coming from somewhere, but the door. But otherwise, the place is clean, safe, free internet, management is awesome, steve is awesome - helps us hang everything. And generally we are just proud to have people over to our place because we like it - it is our home.
