The apartment complex is kept up and clean. My neighbors are pleasant to live by and do not cause me any problems. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient in processing work orders. My experience here for the past two years has been very enjoyable.

I like that the gym is accessible 24 hours a day, the size and floor plan for the apartment is spacious. Tanning is only available during normal business hours so it is not convenient at all times. Pet friendly and a great community of pet owners who are polite and courteous. Parking is awful at nights and on the weekends. Overall the community is safe and filled with wonderful people!

Nice community, clean, lawn and outside kept immaculate. Lawns are kept nice and green. Quiet and peaceful to sit on deck. Apartments are comfortable and lots of storage. Rarely hear neighbors unless they are coming and going and it is only for a minute or two. Only complaint I have is I put in maintenance request a couple of weeks ago and no one has come yet.

It is way better than downtown, my apartment is bigger and cheaper and I can still make it downtown in 5 minutes or less. They stay fairly clean and I have never had noise issues.

Being on Fleur Drive is great, I'm literally just minutes from downtown and my school, AIB. The staff is incredibly friendly and helps you immediately when entering the office. The apartments are modest compared to the rent but it's to be expected when you're at a good location like that. The only thing that really bothers me is how I can almost hear conversations in the apartment above me, not because they are being loud but because of the construction of the building. And I'd find another way to do laundry rather than use there's otherwise you'll spend $3 in quarters on every load and they don't have change machines.

You are often threatened with 3 days to pay or quit notices due to account and basic administrative errors. The amenities are nice but the apartments are basic.

*Parking is free, but it's difficult to get a spot right next to your apartment. *Staff is super nice and ready to help. *Maintenance and clean up team is very good. *Laundry facilities are clean and nice *Noise is kind of loud as far as hearing neighbors *Overall it is a great place to live and there is a playground and a pool. *Great location next to grays lake and downtown
