Nice community, clean, lawn and outside kept immaculate. Lawns are kept nice and green. Quiet and peaceful to sit on deck. Apartments are comfortable and lots of storage. Rarely hear neighbors unless they are coming and going and it is only for a minute or two. Only complaint I have is I put in maintenance request a couple of weeks ago and no one has come yet.

It's a good place. The people are great; like the office and neighbors. (the office works hard to get a renters concerns done quickly and efficiently) However my girlfriends car was broken into. but even then the apartments management helped out and gave us a number to contact to repair her window. Parking is never and issue even when I have guests over. Management always tries to keep a close eye on appearance. When I first moved here it was kind of a shock to see them take such pride in there community. I've paid higher prices for rent than timberland springs, but timberland springs has been way more accomadating.

I would tell them it is a great experience. I would recommend Timberland at Crestbruck Park to anyone. The grounds are beautiful, and well kept. The people and employees are friendly. Lastly, my maintenance requests are always met in a timely manner.
