The parking is ok. but I think that it is kinda stupid that we can only have a visitor parking pass so often. The SAFETY SUCKS! And everything is soo noisy during the school week. i don't mind noise on the weekend but not during the week. Litter is everywhere.

The grounds and scenery are very nice and maintained. Fellow residents are friendly and courteous and almost everything you need is just minutes away in town. Very impressed with the staff. When I've had maintenance issues, I've received same day service, sometimes within minutes after placing the call. The workout facility, although small, gets the job done and it's free. Also, a routinely updated movie library for free rent, a pool, basketball court, volleyball court, and small well kept lake available for fishing or just relaxing by in the evenings are all provided for residents. By far, the best overall apartment experience I've had. A+

So far I've lived here a little less than one year. I really like it here. The office staff are very friendly and professional. There are plenty of parking spaces, my apartment has a lovely layout, and the sound proofing is excellent. I rarely hear my neighbors and when I do it isn't loud enough to be an issue. The appliances are a bit outdated, but they work. I would love to see covered parking here, but free parking works for me. This is one of my favorite apartments so far and will be the first that I renew a lease with. :)

I love it! The staff is so very helpful and very prompt. Anytime I have had an issue, it is pretty much resolved the next day. The community is beautiful and very homey! I just love it!

We really like our apartment and the surrounding neighborhood is great. We feel safe and a part of the community. We are on a direct bus line for school and that is a big help. What makes Charlestown special is the management staff. Everyone has treated us respectfully, and they have gone the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of, especially during the last year when times were very difficult. The community is very well maintained and clean. Problems are taken care of in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is very respectful. I have spoken with several people who are in different living communities and there is a definite difference with Charlestown being the best. Stephanie Scott is an exceptional community manager, and her staff is wonderful.

I would tell them the apartments were well laid out and the prices aren't bad.
