When I moved here I was a bit worried about the space but I find my home to be very spacious and I love, love, love, love, love my washer and dryer. Whenever I have a maintenance emergency, it is always fixed within a day or two. It's so quiet around here which is a wonderful change from moving from PG county. The sheriff's are around the neighborhood constantly so I always feel like it's safe for my family. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Living at Holly Station Townhomes offers a sense of community yet still affords privacy. The layout encourages neighborliness but doesn't force it. The area is close to everything (stores, thoroughfares) but far enough away to still be quiet and peaceful. The management staff is helpful and professional, and eager to organize special events for residents to enjoy. The unit layouts are spacious and convenient.

There are clean, safe and plentiful spaces for children to play, spend time outdoors. The homes themselves are spacious and comfortable. The location is close enough to everything for convenience, but somehow far enough from main thoroughfares to afford peacefulness. The staff (manager, office, maintenance) is friendly, helpful, informative and professional. Holly Stations Townhomes is a genuine family community.
