I will say that we love living here and the people who work for this management group. The grounds are always clean and well manicured. The team responds quickly to service requests and are very accommodating. The negative I found is that the construction of the apartments were done with poor materials and at basic code. For a luxury apartment, I would expect better workmanship. We have cracks in the walls throughout the house that we have witnessed occuring. This apartment is extremely drafty and I have to put up plastic over the windows because the windows are not square and are extremely drafty. I can hear babies crying below me and when someone is in the shower. The apartments above and below have minimal sound barriers between us and can hear just about everything.
