love living here. apts. have great layouts and views. pool is best in baltimore. love the new residents lounge, convenient to downtown and public transportation. stores conveniently located on property. have looked at other locations and none compare. this is my home and it will be my home for many years to come. john

I just moved into Sutton Place and it has been a really great experience. The staff is very helpful especially Deanna, she went our of her way to get me moved in as quickly as possible. When I moved in my apartment it was clean and had brand new carpeting. I was a little disappointed when I went to use the gym for the first time and one of the treadmills was not working however; I contacted the office and they told me that new gym equipment had been ordered and it would be arriving in about two weeks. I also received a phone call a couple of days after my move in from the manager asking if everything was ok in the apartment and if I was adjusting to the building, I've never lived anywhere where thestaff has done that. Overall, my experience here so far has been great and I would definitely recommend Sutton Place to people!

I've only lived there for four days, but it feels like home. The amenities are great, like the rec room and the fact that there is a gym (though 3 of the 4 cardio machines are unusable, but hopefully that's not normal). Apartment is clean and quiet and feels safe. I am very happy here so far.

Just moved in and can say that it was the easiest experience. Was able to do all the paperwork online and via email and the leasing people were very helpful. Building is clean, has lots of cool stuff. I think I am going to be really happy.

I would just like to say how happy I am here at sutton place. Since joining the community last year I have been consistently and pleasantly surprised by my new home. I feel like every time I look around this place there's some new addition to the lobby or an event of some sort or some new service provided. Ifind this very impressive and appreciate the effort put forth but the staff. Additionally, I find the office and desk staff to be friendly and very helpful. Would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Move in, because this place is really a "home" not just an apartment. Everyone is great who works here and very helpful. Plus there are a lot of amenities & stuff going on, i.e. bingo & movie nights, sweet treat days and so much more!

I like living in a high rise where there is a nice view. It is neat to look outside and be able to see for miles around instead of a few feet like other places I have lived in. The amenities are good with new laundry machines, a nice gym, a beverage machine, etc. For me, the commute to work is less than ten minutes, which is a plus. The staff is very friendly, particularly the grounds personnel, who always seem upbeat.

Sutton Place is second to none. I am excited about the ammenities available the physical changes to the property and how well it is kept. Problems are addressed more quickly and it's just a good place to live. I have been here 5 years and I don't think of going any place else.

I have been living at Sutton Place for just over a year and I can honestly say that I love it! The community is clean and there is always something new and exciting going on. They are in the process of building a new community room and computer lab and the newly renovated pool just opened and its gorgeous. The staff here is great from the manager to the maintenance people, everyone is always willing to assist you. The apartments are spacious and have updated appliances and for the price of rent they are a great deal. I plan on living here as long as I am in Baltimore.
