love living here. apts. have great layouts and views. pool is best in baltimore. love the new residents lounge, convenient to downtown and public transportation. stores conveniently located on property. have looked at other locations and none compare. this is my home and it will be my home for many years to come. john

I just moved into Sutton Place and it has been a really great experience. The staff is very helpful especially Deanna, she went our of her way to get me moved in as quickly as possible. When I moved in my apartment it was clean and had brand new carpeting. I was a little disappointed when I went to use the gym for the first time and one of the treadmills was not working however; I contacted the office and they told me that new gym equipment had been ordered and it would be arriving in about two weeks. I also received a phone call a couple of days after my move in from the manager asking if everything was ok in the apartment and if I was adjusting to the building, I've never lived anywhere where thestaff has done that. Overall, my experience here so far has been great and I would definitely recommend Sutton Place to people!

I've only lived there for four days, but it feels like home. The amenities are great, like the rec room and the fact that there is a gym (though 3 of the 4 cardio machines are unusable, but hopefully that's not normal). Apartment is clean and quiet and feels safe. I am very happy here so far.

I REALLY LIKE THE COMMUNITY AND FEEL THAT I MADE A GOOD DECISION IN MOVING. MY DAUGHTER IS NOT AFRAID TO BE HER BY HERSELF WHEN I WORK LATE AND THAT ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT TO ME THAT SHE FEELS COMFORTABLE HERE. THE BEDROOMS ARE NICE AND THE CONVENANCE OF NOT PAYING A WATER BILL WAS NICE AS WELL. I ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT EVEN THOUGH THE COMMUNITY IS OFF THE MAI STREET YOU CAN WALK TO MANY LOCAL STORES LIKE WAL-MART AND WITH GAS SO HIGH THAT'S AN ADDED PLUS.

Comfortable apartment. Nice sized rooms and closets. Very convenient to have full sized washer and dryer in unit. Reasonable price for being in Baltimore County. When we initially moved in had a very bad experience with the air conditioner not working but ever since no complaints - maintenance has provided exceptional service- very quick to make repairs. Probably the two biggest issues are we can hear our neighbors upstairs and below (living on the 2nd floor some noise is to be expected) and the dumpster outside can be ridiculous at times trying to find a place to throw our trash away. Otherwise, very positive experience.

Hamilton Springs is a very good community to live in, people are freindly and look out for each other, community itself is a graet place for kids to grow up around, staff is very friendly, and they know the residents by name, grounds are kept well manicured,it is a safe community ti live in, I would reccomend very highly.

It's a decent place to live not a lot of chaos. Friendly staff and neighbors. Maintenance issues usually get taking care of with in 24 hours.

Yes, i have been living her for a year and i enjoy my apartment. the most i can cpmplain is when my neighbors argue but its never for too long. everyon eis friendly and the commnity and complex is always clean

It is nice other than being so close to 695, but you can't hear the traffic that much. Some mornings are louder than other because of other's work schedules. Watch out for Thusrday's you can always tell when it's trash day!
