Same as summary plus consider the updated apartments versus the former version. Staff is friendly with quick response. Lower utility cpsts with heat pumps compared to some in area. Great schools & neighbors. Overall I'd give it an 8 in scale of 1-10.

I like the location at Willowood, and I like the size of the rooms. I had not lived in an apartment for several years, so it was an adjustment for me. The facility is old and its very apparent as far as the fixtures, the utilities, the overall condition of the units, etc. But, it is clean, and relatively quiet with the exception of the squeaky floors from the residents above me. Over all, I am satisfied.

I have lived in this dump for almost three years, besides the mice problem, the maintance people are never available. its the worst, a few of my co workers was looking for apts in Columbia and I told them all , DONT NOT EVEN THINK OF MOVING IN FENLAND FIELDS. I still live here and I can't stand it. If I had enough money to move I would move in a second. THE MICE IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM,

Jan 4, 2012   Overrall Resident Is Okay. Alot Of Trash Outside The Complex. Cleaning Crew Can Improve By Coming Around Everyday And Clean.
