The apartments are nice, I haven't had any bug problems or anything of the sort...My only issue is how certain situations are handled. I have a neighbor below me who continuously bangs on my floor and screams upstairs whenever we have to walk to the crib to get our newborn son. All because the floor creaks(the irony in this is that he blasts his music so loud it shakes our floor, and I can hear him talking at 1-2am loudly). He is over the top and I've called mgmt, and sent a letter and even called the police on the guy the other day, but even the police say they can't do anything about it and that It's a management thing. It's making our stay less and less enjoyable. Other than that I enjoy staying here. Although I wish I knew about the neighbor below me before I moved in, because I would of gotten a ground floor apt.

I would tell them it is a nice place to live convienent,and the complex has alot to offer. I love having my own washer and dryer in my apartment and for a reasonable price in a pretty much ok area. At Gates Of Cipriano I think you would enjoy them just as much or more.

i've been here for 2 1/2 yrs. the place is lovely , main office has good costumer service, i have never had a a problem with the complex. !!!!

Living here is hassle free and convenient. Biggest issue pertains to parking availability close to your building.

I love living here! However our residence do not clean up after their pets and dog feces is all over the place. I don't exactly want to come home and accidentially step in it to only bring it in my home! Also their are way to many cats running free. To see the road kill it's a bit disturbing. I love the police patrolling and keeping the loitering down! But now we need animal control out here. And I'm not sure if some apartments have hardwood floors and others carpet but I can hear my neighbor above me get up go to the kitchen drop things etc. lol This is apart of apartment life I guess and normal wear and tear. But sometime I think thery're gonna fall on me or land in my living room.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We try our best to clean up after the pets in the property, but it is the responsibility of the pet owner to help with the clean up. If you ever catch someone not cleaning up after their pet, please contact our office so we can try and address the issue with them.

Well a year later, I'm still lovin' it. (Sorry Mc Donald's for taking your slogan). My greatest fear last year was never came to be, I was able to adjust to the rental increase. But this being a new year and rents will be increased again, my concern is the percentage of rate increase. So far this year I had to have maintenance fix one issue, it took a total of 4 hours from time I place the online request until completely FIXED! Now that's turn around. Cudos to the Maintenance Staff. I've already been to the rooftop looking out at the lovely sun deck this year from our Resident Lounge and have seen the pool's already had the cover off looking so good. Can't wait for another summer lounging out there with my friends from the building. The pool area has definately been a social spot for me. Met lots of great neighbors there just having a relaxing time. For being a pet friendly apartment, with the exceptional barking, I wouldn't be able to tell there's that many dogs in the building. The grounds where the animals go to the bathroom are well maintained. Haven't seen any tell tale "yellow patches". Well looking forward to many more years here.

The Cameron is definatey the place to live. I have watched a Management company listen to concerns and work hard to address them. They are consistent with making repairs immediately, being available during working hours to listen, decorate during various holidays, maintaiining a clearn and safe environment and continuting to be one of the most modern fabulous luxury apartment complexes around the DC area.

The location is great, grounds well kept, unit layout great and the overall appearance is awesome. The rooftop pool is a plus and great to see residents enjoying it; the gym facilities - mmm ok?? Giant, CVS, different restaurants and the metro just walking distance from the Cameron’s front door.

I just moved into Hampton Hollow from a neighboring community and one of the main reasons that I chose this apartment community is that they honor active duty military and DOD civilians here! This community is just as quiet as the day you first take a tour of it, every single day. Even the 4th of July was pleasant, with residents BBQ'ing at the outdoor pit and people at the pool. I had looked at these apartments before moving into the neighboring community last year and the same leasing team is here! A low-turnover rate is ALWAYS a plus! Oh, and did I mention that the maintenance staff is friendly, professional, and prompt, even after-hours!
