great location well kept and problems taken care of promptly warm in the winter kitchen is a good size and accesorized well for us the apartment is a bit too small, and because it is at street level gets noisy in the evenings, especially on weekends. Also, it is difficult that there is no good reception for cell phones from the apartment.

The location is awesome, although the bus does take a while to get into the city but Southie has it's own culture and scene and it's getting better all the time. The staff is really responsible to requests and maintenance fixes things very quickly. I love the crown molding, the storage unit, and our kitchen surfaces. The only thing that bothers me is how difficult it is to get your packages! Even if the office was open late one day a week it would make a huge difference. I work 9-6pm and sometimes I want my packages before Saturday. Also heating and cooling is a little tricky when you have no control over the heat at all.

Myself and family of 4 lived in there in 2009. We had to move out of this place because of kids school location constraint. Compared to all other apartment homes we lived and living after Neposnet, we always compare with this place and never found something similar with that price range. Very convenient location, nice layouts and sunny rooms with lots of energy. Staff members are awesome! If I get a chnace to m ove back to Quincy I will surely consider Neponset as my first preference.

Neponset Landing is a newer building with modern class. The common areas are always clean and well maintained. The management office is staffed by extremely professional people and always make sure tenants feel at home. We love living here and would recommend Neponset to anyone. Also, the concierge is always smiling and opening doors for tenants.. its the little things that make the difference.

Megan and I have both found it a very comfortable place to live. Any issues we've had have been attended to quickly and efficiently. We love it here.

In the 17 months that my wife and I have been here at Neponset Landing, we have enjoyed our apartment home and the life-style it affords us. I have submitted my ratings below, and as you can see, while we think you are doing a good job, there is always a little room for improvement, which is a good thing. Striving for excellence is always a desired thing. But again, we rate you guys tops and look to continue our relationship here. Thank you.

I like living at Cambridge Community Housing because I love my apartment and the office staff works very hard to make sure that the buildings look nice and that problem tenants are dealt with accordingly. I am proud to live with Winn and the Cambridge Community folks, and I know that all of my neighbors feel the same way.

We live in a small but very functional apartment close to everything. It's a great building. We are glad that we found something more affordable than other similar places in the Cambridge area. Great organization!

We are super glad we found CCH. Very friendly folks. The agent who helped us even met us after hours to accomodate our work schedule. The building we are in is wonderful, contains respectful people, and is super conveniently located. We could not live in Cambridge without their services. Highly recommended!!
