Serving as Michigan’s largest city, Detroit is known as the automotive center for the United States for its historical and continuing role in the American auto industry. During the U.S. Civil War, its access to the Canadian border served a large purpose for the Underground Railroad that helped black slaves escape to Canada. Come be my neighbor! I've only been here a short time, but I love it. The amenities are beyond awesome. The staff is helpful and professional. The rooms are beautiful. And this is probably the nicest place I've lived in the D! Great location too! Walking distance from Greektown, Eastern Market, the Dequinder cut, Ford field. Everything is in your backyard! Plus, nothings better than an apartment that serves donuts and coffee every Friday before work!!!!! The only con is the guest parking lot. It's small and normally full. If you're planning a party, you might have to have your guest park outside the gate.

I would recommend it to all my friends. It's been a wonderful experience. I've been here 5 years and love it. Parking is the only issue I have and only because I'm in the back in the middle of the unit.

We like it here it is very nice. We like having our own entrance and alot of space in side. It has a basement for storage. I can have flowers here outside and dogs are allowed.People are nice around me. The Manager is great a very nice person. The maintenece do a good job. Great place to live.
