I would tell them that my apartment is very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful and safe. My rent is very reasonable. Every request for maintenance has been handled promptly, with satisfactory results. I am very pleased with my accomadations.

It's the only place that i have stayed at for over a year. They have a lot of community events and they make it easy for you to have privacy while still being involved.

It's very peaceful and quiet, a nice neighborhood, and close to just about everything. The staff is nice professional. The amenities are great too, I'm excited to use the community garden next year!

We had an awesome community garden this year! Our garden was overflowing with various fruits and veggies. Make sure to sign up early for a plot next year. We are so happy that you have enjoyed living here.
