My husband and I lived here for a summer while he had an internship in Lake Odessa. It was a nice place to live. The price was affordable. The kitchen was a little small for me but it served its purpose. It was nice having the dinning room. Parking was just outside our apartment which was nice.

I just moved into grand rapids, back in July, and have found people all around me, work, apt, shopping to be very nice. I am happy so far in my 1 bedrm, apt, so far so good. Katelynn and the other ladies in the office have been very accomodating! Happy New Year !

need to improve equal opportunity on carpool, and another accomodation, my opinion is to build more covered parking before winter, Do we deserve a better customer satisfasion for all ? Your vision most be, to meet or exeed customer satisfaction for all participants. Any way we the customers will pay monthly fees for garages, it is more business, better services, more satisfaction building lightning are very poor too dark at night no safety

All the interior aspects of Waterchase are great, clubhouse, workout, in unit washer/dryer. However, Waterchase has long boasted of their beautiful outside surrounding ponds/grounds. This is not as the Waterchase Management Team says. There are A LOT of waterfowl surrounding the area. While seeing the waterfowl mingling in the ponds can be pleasant, even in the winter, THEY LEAVE A MESS! From my perspective, Waterchase staff does little to keep the walkways along the ponds clear from waterfowl feces. If you have a pet you would like to walk, and would enjoy running around the ponds, DON'T BE FOOLED. There is duck/geese/swan crap littering the walkways throughout the year that is not tended too. If it is cleaned at all, it is usually by tenants who have the walkout patios (I have seen someone cleaning their immediate area and walkway before). This fecal mess left by the waterfowl is disgusting as it will appear in random LARGE piles around the ponds. If you absolutely must live here, do not be tempted by the "beautiful" ponds and walkout patio 1st floor apartments due to the described waterfowl problem.

Its not bad but it hasn't been the best. I do love the washer and dryer in the apartment and its pretty quiet. The garages are nice to if I could ever park in mine becasue someone was always parked in front of it and the office wasn't much help with that. Also the door on our apartment building has been broken for about half the time we have been here and living on the third floor and having to walk down to let everyone in isn't very fun. Lastly the staff is nothing spectacular.

This community was close to the highway yet felt like it was away in the woods. The staff is incredibly friendly and there are always community events going on. Maintenance is speedy with any repairs and neighbors are eager to help. The redone office area is great for kids and adults alike who need to use the internet or getaway by the pool. Plus you can hike to Lake Michigan from trails right behind the office! I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a safe area, with great amenities.
