You could not ask for a better place to live. Walking distance to downtown Brighton is a plus!!! Neighbors are great. Staff is friendly and always there to help.

It''s absolutely beautiful!! I just love everything about it!! The atmospere is great. I feel very safe and secure in my home. My neighbors are very friendly and we always watch out for one another. And the pool is fabulous!! I would recommend anyone to live here especially if you like to have lots of fun and good times. There are always special events going on that you can join in on with your friends and neighbors and family for that matter. Again, I would highly recommend Burwick Farms to anyone!!!

It is quiet and comfortable living at Burwick Farms. All the amenities are available and it is a notch above the rest! Quite frankly it's as close to living in a home as I've experienced.

I would tell them that I have a big spacious apt. Really can't hear my neighbors. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Overall, very nice place to live!

So for I am so very pleased with Lakestone and my apartment. My apartment was perfectly prepared unpon move in. Maintenance has been excellent and fast. Office staff is alway nice and attentive. I am so happy I chose Lakestone for my new home.

The location is fantastic, the people are friendly and the maintenance crew never cease to impress. The facilities available for residents (pool, fitness room, sauna, etc.) are all great. We have a fantastic view of the lake from our living room and we don't regret moving here for one minute. If I had one complaint, it is that the sound insulation between floors is not acceptable. Our neighbors above us have a 2yr old boy who runs around A LOT. It sounds like he is going to come through our ceiling.

I've only been here several months, but I've really enjoyed the experience thus far. I use the pool and the workout room regularly. My two kids enjoy the free continental breakfasts. My two bedroom apartment is very nice. I'd like to see the landscaping improve, but most other items are satisfactory.
