It is the best place in the whole Grand Rapids that you can call your HOME. Very secure, friendly staff and awesome neighbors. Everything is close to you and you actually do not have to drive the whole downtown Grand Rapids, you can just walk while enjoying all the venues and then back home.

It has a good location and one can walk to the park, mall, or the church and there are bus lines running regularly. The staff are friendly, the place is quiet most of the time, and pets are welcome.

Do it. I love living here. The management have all been extremely helpful and friendly, the area feels very safe and quiet, and the units are very comfortable and well-maintained.

Its nice living here. i enjoy being able to go home, and not hearing people talking through the walls, or or overhearing the person next doors T.V blaring loud. i have enjoyed living here and would definatly recommend it to others.

I don't live at Castle Bluff Apartments yet, but so far I have only had positive experiences working with the staff members. Because they have been so helpful and friendly before I even live there, I feel confident that I will be a happy tenant.

Living at Old Farm Shores is very comfortable. Maintenance addresses issues quickly. The office people are available as needed. Parking can be frustrating unless you get a carport. The lighting at night is a bit dark. All of the animals around the property makes you forget you live in the city.

Hi Kathryn, I want to first thank you for the nice review. The staff enjoys a thoughtful word of appreciation for their efforts. Happy residents are the goal. You are right; parking has been a bit challenging. The good news is that parking spot #93 is available and close to your apartment. If it would make things easier, let’s talk about how we can reserve it for you. We will also look into more lighting in that area and throughout the community. Moving or adding power sources can sometimes be difficult without interrupting the entire community but we are always examining new potential solutions. I would and have said that it is quiet don't hear neighbors hardly at all that why I put very poorly b/c you don't hear your neihbors all too well and I just love it! They treat you as a person in fact they remember your name They are very polite when you call They respond to yourneeds for thingsthat need to be fixed in a timely matter. Plus they have things to do even outside the apartment

Great staff, worked hard to get me the apartment that I wanted. They went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I am extremely happy with the service I received from everyone at Oxford Place.

I would tell them that it is great. There are one-three bedroom units available with a washer and dryer in each unit. There are also free garages and a great pool.

I love living at Waterchase. From the very beginning I was treated like the staff knew me for years and I felt so welcomed and important. Staff is amazing. Maintenance: could not ask for a better group of people. They are incredibly personable and patient and lovely all around!!! :-)
