It feels like living in an exclusive community outside of the city but it is very close to many stores and restaurants. my experience has been a great one and i'm glad to call Lake Forest Apartments home.

I’m so comfortable in my apartment. I never hear any noise from my neighbors or their pets. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and I’m really glad that I made a decision to live there.

I would tell them that they are great apartments. We love the pool, the trails and ponds, the fireplace, and the staff. The grounds are beautiful throughout the year. This is the second time we have lived in Lake Forest, and I plan on living there until I move out of the area. A big drawback is the lack of recycling. Hauling giant containers of recyclables to Cork St. is a giant pain. Also, the carpet was in bad shape when we moved in, and we were surprised it was never replaced prior to renting the apartment. It would also be nice to have a garden area available to each resident, as with U of M family housing.

I would tell them that the apartments are very nice and modern. I feel safe and don't worry about who my neighbors are. In addition, when every I have a problem, maintenance takes care of it in a timely matter. I love dogs and like that we can have them, but this year I have seen many owners not clean up after their pets and I think something needs to take place to take of this. I have seen other apartments providind pet friendly cleaning areas throughtout the complex and it may be worth checking into. Overall, I am happy living here and would recommend it to others.

Great place to stay. Well maintained and great service. Only complaint would be condition of counters and cupboards which seem very dated. Also, it would be nice to get an email or text notice that the pool is closed before we go there. Place is well maintained overall and staff very professional.

Apartment and grounds well maintained, during the winter the walks are always plowed and cleaned. You can tell the staff cares about the residents and they take pride in their work.

I'll tell them they couldn't find a better place. Staff is very nice. Sometimes I feel sorry for them when I see a few tenants coming to the office with an attitute. They are too nice! Apartments are in great conditions, gym is great, there is a tanning bed and club house. There is also W/D in each apartment! No trip to the Laundry Mat! Whoopi!

We love our apartment. It is perfect for couples and small families. The neighborhood is very nice. It has a convenient location that is just outside of town but still very close to everything. The people we live near are very nice and the staff are very kind and helpful.
