Good location, close to downtown/uptown-shopping centers- restaurants, etc. Train track in the back yard is a bit annoying, but you know about that before moving in.

We feel secure and well cared for. The maintenance crew doggedly continued to work on our ice maker until it was fixed! They even brought in a GE specialist.

I am just moving in on the 1st of September but I am very excited about it. The apartment is very nice, has all the amenities I was looking for and the staff at the apartment office have been super to work with.

The apartments are decent. The hallways are well kept for the most part. I like the little air freshener dispensers in the hallway. The garbage disposal is a little inconvenient - especially when you want to discard cardboard boxes. I think the community could have dedicated a bigger area for the garbage disposal. The community has many amenities - the gym is well equipped. The basket ball and racquetball courts are a bonus.The party room is nice - I wish it remained accessible to the residents after office hours as well. There is ample parking (love it !!!)... however, the garage gate is not locked and is a little bit of a safety concern. I like the property provides carts to carry shopped goods to respective apartments - its sad that people don't put back the carts , so most of the time they are unavailable. Overall, its a convenient, clean (no roaches/rodents),friendly and nice place to live.

Its obviously a Home Away from Home. Pros 1.) Service Service Services. 2.) Peaceful place 3.) No Nonsense Cons 1.) A Bit costlier 2.) Difficult to change your lease and or change your apt in the same facility

great place to transition from a house. Very efficient space designs. Management is very reponsive and seem to genuinely care about the residents.

The noise from the hallway, upstaris, and garage is very loud. I can hear when somebody locks their car. There is no sound proofing anywhere. Also the parking is not the best and for the price you pay to rent you can get a garage included somewhere else as well as heat paid. The convience to the highways are good. The pool area is nice. Sometimes its hard to get a package after 5 it seems like they are away a lot. It would be nice if they had somewhere for the kids to play so they werent in the parking lots. The fitness center needs updating. All in all its a ok place, definatley not the worst.

Dear Resident, Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate your input and we try to do what we can to make your home as enjoyable as possible. As for the noise issues you are experiencing, I wish there was more I could do. But if you do experience excessive noise from a neighbor please let us know and we will do our best to correct the situation. Is there something missing or that needs attention in the fitness center. I would be happy to look into that as well. Also if you ever have a package, you can always call the office and we would be happy to put it in your apartment for you so that you don't have to worry about missing us in the office. This a great apartment but if you have kids it a problem because there is no entertainment for kids. no play ground for kids to play.

I would tell them to move here first of all. Also that the manager jess was the reason i picked this place. Also that the mataintace man jarod is great and really care about here as well. These two people were so great i would tell anyone to move here and that if there is a problem they both are right on top of it!
