It's a good place to live. The apartments are in fairly good condition and the fellow residence are nice. However the price to rent is steep. I think for the quality of the apartments and considering a train runs right outside your window every 12-20 minutes, the price is too high. On a positive note, every work order I've submitted while living here has been fixed or I've been contacted about within 24 hours. All work orders have been fixed within 48 hours and the staff was incredibly polite and respectful of my living space. The grounds appear nice in the spring, summer and fall, but winter gets a little messy. But it's that way everywhere.

The Grand Reserve is centrally located near schools, shopping and outdoor activities. The staff is courteous and always eager to meet your needs. My family enjoys living here.

It's a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. I like that fact that my neighbors greet me when they see me and actually want to get to know me more. I also like all the events going around and that the neighbors know each other. This place is very dog friendly and not all dogs are leased at all times but i haven't had any problems with any dog. They brighten up the place. I like that during the night time we are closely surrounded in a tight neighborhood so it feels safe to walk my dog late night or even in the afternoon. Grand reserve has more to come, but so far so good.

It's a fantastic place to be living. Its family and people friendly, there's always someone wearing a smile. The facilities as far as the gym, pool, hot tub, and sauna are out of this world and the movie theatre pool room is second to none. Come check it out for yourself!!

I think that if someone is new to the place that the carpet should automatically be changed. There are a lot of studies out there that say how toxic carpet can be. When i first moved in you guys denied my request to do new carpet. I think that is very wrong. Almost did get an apartment with River Pointe Management.

I am a pet owner myself, but I am very disappointed by the pet owners who do not pick up after their animals. It's like walking through a mind field when you go outside. In the dark you are almost sure to step in some dog's mess because their owners don't pick up after them. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and responsive.

Hi Sharon, Thanks for the feedback! I'm sorry that others are not picking up after their pets. We try to provide subtle reminders to all of our pet owners to be courteous of others and pick up after their pet, but it sounds like we may be due for another reminder. Management really demonstrates they care by staying on top of residents' concerns. I had an issue with my dishwasher and management took care of it promptly and without question. The entire team (management and maintenance) is always friendly and attentive.

I would tell them that the location is great if you like the big city but still want to get away from continuous crazy traffic. The summers are great by the pool and the staff is wonderful. When I need something fixed, maintenance is there to help out really fast.

Pet friendly is huge. Great pool and work out facility, nice business center and community room. Balcony is covered and each apartment has one. Great sq. footage for the money and location. I am used to a house with a yard and this feels as close as an apartment can I can walk down the hall to workout.

We have lived in apartments before, and this is an amazing,quiet setting that is very peaceful and an excellent place to live. The staff is very helpful, cheerful and willing to go above and beyond to serve you. It is like a big family around here.

We feel secure and well cared for. The maintenance crew doggedly continued to work on our ice maker until it was fixed! They even brought in a GE specialist.
