i love pelican pointe, this has been the best place i have lived so far!!! The staff is awesome, me and my fiance moved from out of state and the staff helped us so much getting adjusted to the community. The area in itself is so pretty!!! I can not say enough great stuff about this place!! Very excited to call it my home!!! Would recommend PELICAN POINTE!!!!!

It has a resort like feel to it. Nice pools, great pond with a walkway, weight room, party room for rent. Never had any complaints and any minor fix its were taken care of immediately.Highly recommend.

The place is so well maintained. I lived in a house. I was so worn out from repairs, lawn maintenance,... This is wonderful. I looked around at apartment complexes. I would see dog poop or over grown bushes or grass or trash outside the dumpster. I don't see much of that here. The staff stays on top of things. And I feel so safe. It is just a wonderful place to live. I rated the noise at 4-good only because at any apartment complex you are going to hear some noises. It's not bad. I won't tell you that you don't hear anything but you are going to get that at any complex. The nice thing is that it is a quiet complex.

As a corporate housing provider in Hattiesburg, I have worked on several occassions with The Lakes at Turtle Creek and their staff. I must say that regardless of any situation, the staff are always well mannered and quick in response. This is the most requested community that we work with, having several clients actually request to move to this community from others in the area. I give it 5 stars all the way and you will too!!

Living at The Lakes At Turtle Creek has been the most comfortable apartment living i have ever experienced. The 24 Hour fitness center has everything i need to complete my workout. The movie theatre room allows me to watch movies with the convience of staying here on property . The Lakes is so quite, and the landscaping makes for a very serene atmoshere .

The Lakes At Turtle Creek, is a unique place, just based on its location. The community is so convenient to shopping, restaurants, school, and entertainment. Not to mention, the amenities are above the rest in this town, with a 24hr fitness center, and a huge luxury swimming pool. This apartment community is the finest living I have seen in Hattiesburg, yet. I would recommend that you stop by, and meet the friendly staff that helped me secure my new apartment home.

My apartment has a very large floor plan including large closets, which I love. I have never had any problems with noise, parking or maintenance issues. The manager is very efficient and prompt. If you are looking for an apartment that is convenient to everything, new and maintained properly, Claridge House is the place to be.
