the club house is like an extended part of my apartment because the staff makes you feel like you belong there, like i'm part owner of the club house. The maintenance staff treats my dog like she pays part of the rent and she is nuts about them (especially Bob). it has only been a month or so but i am very happy so far! (and I am very picky!)

Southwoods is a friendly, but quiet apartment complex. The grounds are open and lovely; management responsive; parking easy--and drivers are responsible so you don't have to worry about getting run over or run into all the time. Because the complex is older, I expected lots of sound from my neighbors' apartments, and "leaky" windows and doors. The only sounds I hear through the wall is the garbage disposal from time to time--and I have only one neighbor with whom I share a wall. The insulation isn't perfect because the buildings have settled some, but my utility bills are exceptionally reasonable so it must not leak too much. More than anything, the complex is incredibly clean and the apartment I moved into was spotless--literally spotless.

I would tell them that living at the Parc allows you to have the perfect balance between city life and being part of a very tight knit community here in the Central West End. The location couldn't be more perfect! Forest Park is right across the street and many other historic areas in St. Louis are a quick walk or short drive away! The staff at the Parc is hands down the best! Warm, friendly, and also concerned about my safety, the staff at the Parc is happy to have anyone who chooses to reside in their building!

Great location and view. Never had any problems with anything, and everyone here is really nice. The only con is that you hear a lot of ambulance sirens, due to proximity to the hospital.

Amazing! The doormen are nice. Maitenence is very quick and will come back to get the job finished. The location can't be better across from the park and in the west end. Best building I've lived in. The community laundry is really nice and other tennants have been respectful of my laudnry which is always a plus.

If I'm ever having a bad day, all I have to do is go to the lobby or parking garage and see the people who work here. They always put a smile on my face and are super helpful. Parc Frontenac is a very welcoming and safe place to live.

It's a really nice place to live as it is relatively secluded from heavy traffic yet closely situated to the highway. It makes it easy to get to places via car while not being completely overwhelmed with activity.
