It's a really nice place to live as it is relatively secluded from heavy traffic yet closely situated to the highway. It makes it easy to get to places via car while not being completely overwhelmed with activity.

The scenery is beautiful, the location is great, the office management staff is pleasant (most of the time), it's a safe community with embedded activities. And, they have resources that will allow you to work from home.

Edgewater is convenient to my work, shopping, restaurants and the movies. Creve Coeur Lake is minutes away as well. Like most rental places, parking can be an issue, but that's to be expected. However, that being said, I find it very relaxing to sit on my patio during the warmer weather with a good book and the sound of the fountain in the background. The lake is very relaxing at night and was one of the things that make me choose Edgewater as a place to stay, convenience to work being the other. While no place is perfect, I have found the Office Staff to be very accommodating and pleasant when I have called for maintenance. The service was always performed in a very timely manner. I firmly believe it is as much the responsibility of the tenant as it is the Office Staff to provide a safe and pleasant environment. The only improvement I would like to see is quicker, more thorough snow removal. Parking was a challenge during the winter snows. I would recommend Edgewater as a place to call home.

I would tell them that living at the Parc allows you to have the perfect balance between city life and being part of a very tight knit community here in the Central West End. The location couldn't be more perfect! Forest Park is right across the street and many other historic areas in St. Louis are a quick walk or short drive away! The staff at the Parc is hands down the best! Warm, friendly, and also concerned about my safety, the staff at the Parc is happy to have anyone who chooses to reside in their building!

Great location and view. Never had any problems with anything, and everyone here is really nice. The only con is that you hear a lot of ambulance sirens, due to proximity to the hospital.

Amazing! The doormen are nice. Maitenence is very quick and will come back to get the job finished. The location can't be better across from the park and in the west end. Best building I've lived in. The community laundry is really nice and other tennants have been respectful of my laudnry which is always a plus.

If I'm ever having a bad day, all I have to do is go to the lobby or parking garage and see the people who work here. They always put a smile on my face and are super helpful. Parc Frontenac is a very welcoming and safe place to live.
