The pool is great over the summer when it's not filled with smokers, trash, and urine. The hot tub has been broken for about half the time I've lived here. The whole building itself was built very poorly, it looks nice on the outside, but everything slowly starts to break. The management is terrible and very unorganized. Campus Core is over priced and will nickel and dime you every chance they get. It is nice to not have to buy furniture, but the furniture here is used and could be better quality.

I would tell them that the prices are good, the amenities are great, but the apartments themselves are spacious but have minor problems that tend to add up. My experience may be different than others, but we have had some problems with the thermostat, and the sink leaks, neither of which are deal breakers. Also there was some tar from cigarettes from the last owners, not the complexes fault. I recommend this complex 100% but don't expect it to be different than any other college apartment complex as far as how people treat the inside

Campus Core has a great atmosphere, living conditions are great, amenties are good. Most importantly the maintance team here is quick and efficient.

The staff is super responsive and helpful. The grounds and buildings are wonderfully maintained. The apartments are a bit dated but still quite nice. And the location is outstanding.

HI Mark, Thanks for your review of our community. Do you have any suggesions on how we can improve the noise and the parking. Sometimes you have to live in a place to have this insite and I don't live on property. I would love to hear if you can enlighten me to be able to do a better job. I absolutely love it. It's close to the Plaza with out being directly in all of the Plaza craziness. The covered parking is amazing, the apartment design/layout is fantastic and the added security features make you feel safe and secure in your home. Did I mention that I love it? :)

I would tell them it is pricey but you are paying the premium for the location and good service.
