The office personnel are friendly and efficient. Maintenance is done promptly, and the grounds are kept up. It's quiet and I feel safe living here.

I would say if you are seeking a more mature community you may be disappointed because of all of the children. I would also say that even though there are lots of children they are not tearing up the grounds but parents do need to remind them that others live here. Id say the twnhomes are spacious. but as far as the way school boundaries are set up parents would be furious as to the way the schools are split.At night time it can be very dark but its all a matter of them simply adjusting the lighting outside. In addition, the Manager is nice and flexible she seems to care about the residents. I really dont have any comment about maintainance because I have not needed them yet so that says alot about my home....

I would tell them that living at the Parc allows you to have the perfect balance between city life and being part of a very tight knit community here in the Central West End. The location couldn't be more perfect! Forest Park is right across the street and many other historic areas in St. Louis are a quick walk or short drive away! The staff at the Parc is hands down the best! Warm, friendly, and also concerned about my safety, the staff at the Parc is happy to have anyone who chooses to reside in their building!

Great location and view. Never had any problems with anything, and everyone here is really nice. The only con is that you hear a lot of ambulance sirens, due to proximity to the hospital.

Amazing! The doormen are nice. Maitenence is very quick and will come back to get the job finished. The location can't be better across from the park and in the west end. Best building I've lived in. The community laundry is really nice and other tennants have been respectful of my laudnry which is always a plus.

If I'm ever having a bad day, all I have to do is go to the lobby or parking garage and see the people who work here. They always put a smile on my face and are super helpful. Parc Frontenac is a very welcoming and safe place to live.
