I'd tell them, "It's a great place to live, close to the interstate, shopping and good eating places. :) The office personnel are fantastic people. I like how they help with problems immediately, are friendly and very nice to talk to. I'm glad I chose to move in here. The maintenance and office staff address questions, concerns, and needs timely. There is an interest in the tenants and regularly activities are available to allow for involvement in the apartment complex community.

Great location. Grocery store and elementary school are less than 5 minutes away. Staff is very professional and friendly. The maintenance staff is probably the best I have seen. The grounds needs improvement i.e. power washing of siding, grass cut regular trees and shrubs need trimming and the pet trash centers need to be emptied daily! Parking is very tight. As far as safety, I feel secure.

ideal location--right next to major roadways that get you downtown, but being on the edge of the metro area means there is less hustle and bustle. all the major big box stores are within a 5 mile drive. commute downtown is about 25 minutes apartment units are nice for people just starting out on their own-- good size and layout/floor plan with minimal concerns when you're first moving in

What it's like living here....let's see. the property is not as well kept as they state. the town homes are not modernized they are stylish 1970's interior. and getting maintenance to do anything is like pulling teeth! also the rent is pretty high for what you have. the only thing I even remotely care about is that it has a garage and even that could be in better shape. also they did not show us the town home we were living in till the very day we moved in and by then you have no choice but to take it. pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I tell me friends to stay away and find something else I would not recommend them. pretty sure this review will not pop up lol. but was worth a shot.

I really enjoy living here. The location is convenient - close to lots of things, including (especially) the interstate. My maintenance requests have always been taken care of in a timely manner. If I was at home, whoever came to do the work was respectful and courteous, in addition to getting the job done. There is a lot of noise, frequently in the wee hours of the morning, which is somewhat frustrating. I'm in an end unit and my neighbor is very quiet, but what little I CAN hear sounds like he's in the room with me - THIN WALLS. That's an issue for me.

Country Estates is a wonderful place to live. They have great management, and the whole Country Estates Division is very well kept. The Townhomes have a really crisp clean look to them. . The interior is modernized and sophisticated. All of the ammenities are definitely worth the monthly rent. Theres not too many places that offer a nicely furnished club house, gym, access to computers, and a pool!!! Super great location. Just minutes to the interstate. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The response time for maintenance calls are almost always same day. It's just absolutely wonderful here. I've been living here close to 7 years now, and I have absolutely Noooo complaints. Country Estates is a great place for someone transitioning from an apartment to a house, or someone who may have to downsize from a house. The spacious basements gives you that great get away space you may need to not feel like everyones just walking over each other, like you would get in an apartment. Country Estates is just an all around great place to live. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!

I would tell them I feel safe when I walk outside, that apartments are nice, but I think the rent is a little pricey, I pay extra to be on the first floor. I'm satisfied with my amenities, and the staff in the leasing office is very nice, but the walls are thin, I feel like I have elephants living above me. I would definitely recommend this apartment to other people.

I love my apartment, but people are really loud going up and down the stairs and slamming doors, so try not to get an apartment by a stairwell. A lot of people do not clean up behind their dogs, outside and sometimes inside like the elevator for example. The hallways have a lot of stains on the floor and paint chipped on the walls. Maintenence is great everything I have put in has been resolved in like 24 hours. I like the fact that I could paint in my apartment. Appliances look nice, but I didn't too much care for the dishwasher, it always left residue no matter what I did. It is very nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. This community has a lot of great things going on, but I am just a very picky person. I'm sure almost everyone loves to call this place home, just moving from a bigger city and paying this price is not worth it to me.

It is wonderful-office staff and maintenance people are all hard-wrking and very caring about the residents. There is great communication as to what is going on around the complex. It is a safe community and very quiet.
