The apartments are wonderful. I love having a washer and dryer in the unit! The water pressure for the showes is not very good. It takes a while (10 min) to fill the tub up to take a bath. I wish the paking was a little more organized. It just seems there is not enought parking in front of the building. Te residents are very friendly. The leasing agents were very nice and accomidating.

Its quiet for the most part. sometimes the halls are a little messy with what people drop and dont pick up.. and there are some wholes in the wall.. but they are quick to fix thing.

I think the maintenance guys are great! Legacy Crossing management has done a great job of finding guys with high standards! I brag about this place all the time :)

I love the area and everyone that works at Fontenelle Hills Apartments is always nice and easy to work with. The apartments are old so you need to be okay with not having ceiling lights, ceiling fans, or cable hook up in every room. Appliances are also old but I'm sure if needed they would be replaced. Decks are huge but could use some work, staining. Last summer they did a great job on sprucing up the outside of the buildings by painting all of them. Would like to see them add a playground area over by the golf club where there is a basket ball court and tennis court. The tennis court goes un-used so they could change this area to a playground for the kids. Also set-up "spring cleaning" days to have community "garage sale" or good will pick-up to make it easier to get rid of items we no longer want / need.

Living at Fontenelle Hills felt like going home from the very first day. I always come home feeling happy to live where I am at, and anytime I've had any maintanence issues, they make sure to get whatever needs fixing fixed.

I love it here because it is so quiet, safe and beautiful here. I love seeing the deer everyday with an occassional racoon and wild turkeys. It's an apartment that does not feel like an apartment at all. It is very pet friendly which is always a plus in any apartment.

I highly recommend Southwest Gables Apartments. Excellent place to live. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance problems are completed in a timely manner. Apartments are attractive and layout is well organized. I love the underground parking. Upkeep of the buildings and grounds keep the area looking beautiful.

I OFTEN praise the SW Gables Apartments. It is of the Utmost importance to me that I have a SAFE apartment to come home to. It is a safe, peaceful, and beautiful place to call home. I enjoy the people who live here, the pet building, the underground parking garage, the washer and dryer IN my apartment, the elevator, and the fireplace. I ESPECIALLY love all of the extras such as the holiday decorations on every floor and the special events that are held at the club house for the residents. In the summer, I get to enjoy a pool and cooking on my deck. The ONLY reason I would EVER move is IF it becomes too expensive for me to afford.

The biggest plus is the underground parking...especially in the winter. The price is reasonable and I would recommend that they come and look the property over if they are interested in moving into an apartment or looking to change at the end of a current lease elsewhere.

I've had a good experience living at Grandridge. Maintenance is always swift and done right. The office staff really go out of the way to help with anything and everything. All I know is, Grandridge is the place for me.

It is very quiet. There are a lot of dogs in the area and owners are not overly concerned about picking up their left overs.

Don't move in. The heat doesn't work, the building doors are broken and never fixed, you have to try too hard to get important features fixed, such as the intercom system. Parking sucks all day - every day, you can hear dogs barking all day - every day, the staff members are careless... I could go on and on. The owners should really stop by and check up on things every once in a while. It's a bit of a mess. You don't know how bad it is until after you move in. Beware.

Quality. We live in a well kept, clean and well managed community. The people are friendly, the apartments are spacious and affordable. We are right off the interstate but close to neighborhoods and schools. This is the perfect place for us.
