My experience at Quest has been second to none. The staff was excellent when we did the initial tour//rental. I found the rent reasonable and the apartment itself was in great shape. We have had a few minor maintenance issues, which is to be expected. Maintenance is not always same-day, but I've found them to be reasonably prompt and they manage to get the problem fixed quickly - they are also quite clean and very nice. I also love the fact that they will do things like hang ceiling fans and the like. Parking is pretty good, though it does sometimes tend to get crowded with the guest parking at times. To get back to the apartment for a second, the layout is great. I really can't complain about much of anything with respect to the unit itself. The appliances are modern (I love the kitchen) and while you might want to slap up some paint on the somewhat drab walls, overall the units are really nice. I love the full size washer/dryer too. I only hear my neighbors once in a while.... it's really rare. So.... all in all, a great place to live.

Upscale, condo-like. Some strange residents or visitors look pretty ghetto (not what I expected) but hoping management keeps an eye on them. The place itself is nice, although I would much prefer darker carpet (not the bright white that is inside) so it doesn't get stained as easily. A mixed tan color would be my first choice. I really wish the refrigerators had ice dispensers, not just ice makers.

We really enjoy living here. The Office staff, maintenance staff, etc. are so nice. The unit is beautiful and so are the grounds. Propert is beautifully landscaped. The only complaint we have is that alot of the tenants allow their dogs to go to the bathroom and don't clean up after. Alot of animal droppings all over. No one should be allowed to have their dog poop in the rocks shrubbery etc. even if picked up there is an odor. There are places set aside for the dogs to go. On Sunday's later in day some residents drink openly in the pool, smoke while in the pool. Loud parties & foul language. This unfair to people who would like to bring children, families, etc. People don't realize how lucky they are to have a beautiful place to live and are slowly ruining it for others. No class!!!

It's a great apartment complex that takes into consideration people of all ages. Perfect balance of luxurious and economically minded people. Green practices also show a modern & well thought out view of how to live in this city.

It is like living in a "modern" apartment complex. There are plenty of social actvities here to get acquanted with your neighbors. The appliances are very energy efficiient.
