My experience at Quest has been second to none. The staff was excellent when we did the initial tour//rental. I found the rent reasonable and the apartment itself was in great shape. We have had a few minor maintenance issues, which is to be expected. Maintenance is not always same-day, but I've found them to be reasonably prompt and they manage to get the problem fixed quickly - they are also quite clean and very nice. I also love the fact that they will do things like hang ceiling fans and the like. Parking is pretty good, though it does sometimes tend to get crowded with the guest parking at times. To get back to the apartment for a second, the layout is great. I really can't complain about much of anything with respect to the unit itself. The appliances are modern (I love the kitchen) and while you might want to slap up some paint on the somewhat drab walls, overall the units are really nice. I love the full size washer/dryer too. I only hear my neighbors once in a while.... it's really rare. So.... all in all, a great place to live.

Maintenance is awesome. One of the reasons I moved into the complex is because my daughter also lived there and I was always impressed how efficient maintenance was. Even when Dennis was shorthanded, we still didn't wait with any maintenance issues. After being a homeowner for many years, I was nervous about living in an apartment complex. I'm very comfortable in my apartment and the Neighborhood. Katie in the office is the sweetest lady but more important she is very professional and really stays on top of things. Hope you never lose her.

I would tell them that it is a nice place. The grounds are kept very nicely, gym and pool are pretty much always clean too. Parking is ample, staff is nice, maintenance is pretty quick.
