I love the location, the community is well maintained, the new property manager is great and responsive and our maintenance supervisor, Josh, is very helpful and both he and the PM care about the property. The upgraded units are beautiful and better than any thing I've seen in the valley. I really like it here and would like to stay. My only complaint is my neighbors downstairs who are extremely loud, especially in the middle of the night (2-4 or 5am). The manager has talked to them about the problem, but it's still ongoing.

Valencia Apartment is truly an apartment Complex that you will always find yourself safe, comfortable, and Up to Par in every aspect. Typically living in an Apartments complex has it's disadvantages because you're dealing with large amounts of noise with all the other Tenant that live around your Apartment, yet the Apartments at Valencia rather face the Parking lot side or the inner Apartment side, while also having only 4 Apartments in each building, so whoever built Valencia Apartment seemed like they focused on locating Apartments in a way that the noise would not be a problem. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful, they will do whatever they can to help you with any issues, problems, or concerns. If they staff do not know the answer to your Concern, they will go out of their way to call or email the proper people to find the answer to your issue as well. The maintenance Man does his job very well, and will always follow up with you to make sure all your concerns were fixed. There is another staff member who isn't a maintenance man as far as fixing the individual Apartments, but focuses on keeping the overall Valencia clean, looking nice, and ensuring that everything is in order such as painting the Speed Bumps. The overall staff just makes you feel at ease and make you feel like family. The will always smile every time you see them, wave as you drive by. Most importantly, unlike other apartment complexes where they feel like you're just another Tenant that just lives there and pays rent, Valencia's Staff will know you by name and Apartment complex the moment you walk into their office, which ultimately makes you feel acknowledged, they really know how to do their job! The current Tenants are extremely nice and even the children are all sweethearts, I haven't had a problem with any of them! It is obvious that i'm not the only Tenant that feels at home here because I often I see other Tenants walking to their car from their Apartment, and going out of their way to pick up something from the ground to throw it away to make the Apartment a clean place to live; it's not often that you see Tenants doing things like that as if it were their own place. Very Children friendly with their small Park that they have at the Apartment, in which they recently took the tanbark out of in order to replace it with Sand to allow children to really enjoy that area. The swimming pool is spacious and having a Hot Tub and Sauna is an awesome plus. Every week they have people coming in for landscaping, and there are Garbage Dumpsters in multiple areas so that no one has to walk out of their way to throw their trash out. There are plenty of Restaurants in the area giving people the option to go to a Chain Restaurant, Fast Food, Fine Dining Restaurants, and great Mom & Pop Restaurants that the options are seriously endless with choices! There is a Vons and Lucky at walking distance from the Apartment which is an extreme life saver. The Strip is literally a 5 minute drive, except weeks it would take a bit longer just because of the traffic. UNLV is located 2 miles from the Apartment complex so this place is wonderful for even students who want to live near the school but don't want to live in the dorms on campus.

Valencia was the ONLY choice for us to make our new home at. You have everything you need to live a fulfilling life here. A heated pool year-round with a Jacuzzi, separate saunas for men and woman in the adjoining restrooms, a locked mailroom center so your mail is kept safe, locked laundry facilities that includes washers and dryers (not to mention they are always kept clean), basketball court, tennis court and even a volleyball court. The grounds are kept immaculate (every Thursday morning, they make sure grass is cut, trees are trimmed and walkways are clean). Valencia has ample amount of parking not only for residents but guests as well. Whenever you have a problem, just let them know and they will attend to your needs in a very timely manner. A special note on the staff here at Valencia, when we first arrived to check things out, we were greeted with great respect and consideration of our needs. Nothing has changed to this effect because the staff of Valencia say what they mean and mean what they say, never any side-stepping. They really do treat you like family here. The rent is extremely reasonable, and the inside of the condos are very beautiful, plus, if there is ever a problem with unruly tenants, I guarantee you they take care of it immediately! The bus system is only about a block away and there is a mall right close to us, not to mention restaurants, banks, shopping centers and grocery stores, also close to UNLV and major highways. There is even a major hospital within 3 miles or less from here. Schools are very close to Valencia as well, within walking distance. What I like the most about living here is that it is peaceful and clean…they even have night security here to make sure all is well with the residents and their personal property. Everyone from the management on down to maintenance always makes sure that your needs are met. We plan on staying here for years to come and may even buy here to call this our permanent home! You will love it here, so pack up, move in and start enjoying the good life here at Valencia!!!
