When I first moved here it was a nice community. Lately, many families with several (four or more) small children have moved in. They play their music loudly whenever and wherever they want. Garbage gets thrown from the second floor into the courtyard. Management is indifferent. First chance I get, I'm out of here. Yes, the rent is affordable but it's not worth the aggrevation. The floor in the laundry room is the only thing that gets clean. It's one thing to be low-income, it's another to be extremely disrepectable to neighbors and the hard-working maintenace man. He shouldn't have to pick up garbage for tweakers that party from noon until 4 or 5 a.m every day.

I have been living at Fremont Villas Apt for 10 years going on 11 years. I have to say I saw a lot of managers come and go. I have to say we have a very very good manager now her name is Rogelia. Miss Rogelia does her job very good she has made Fremont Villas Apt beautiful to live here and call home. i Love it over here and the manager makes everyone feels very welcome to be here at Fremont Villas Apts.

Living at fremont villas is the best thing that can happend to me, The staff at Fremont villas are so professional and courteous, I will recomend all my friends and family to live at this beautifull place I love my apartment, the view is wonderfull.

Great Place to live conveniently centrally located. For the $$$ you spend, you definitely are getting the most bang for your buck. Works well for those that need access to the downtown area and also the bus system has several routes within a 2-4 block radius to get you to other areas of the city, as well as close access to arterial highways.

Upscale, condo-like. Some strange residents or visitors look pretty ghetto (not what I expected) but hoping management keeps an eye on them. The place itself is nice, although I would much prefer darker carpet (not the bright white that is inside) so it doesn't get stained as easily. A mixed tan color would be my first choice. I really wish the refrigerators had ice dispensers, not just ice makers.

the best one i've lived at thus far. it's very quiet and peaceful. i would have never thought any of my neighbors had dogs if i hadn't seen them outside with them. the animals are quite when i'm home and it's located in a very beautiful location with easy access to basic personal needs. the facilities provided are well kept and clean. the prices are very reasonable and i only had one encounter with my lights (which was my own fault) that they fixed within a day or two. the staff are amazing as well. overall i'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment in Vegas on the north side of town. hell anywhere. i live 45 minutes away from my job but it's well worth it for me.

I would tell them it's the home I have been looking for. It's very peaceful and I have no complaints at all. I have lived in the apartment life before and this is by far my best experience! If you do come to move in, ask for Fawda in the office. She is amazing and took care of me, no surprises, keys in hand and right on time.
