I would tell them it is a great place to live. The Community is quite, hardly any trouble. The property is excellent. Maintainance does an out standing job keep the place looking wounderful. My unit is perfect great space hardly any problems with the utilities. The Staff is always plesant and willing to help. Great Place to Live !!!!!!

The bldg I'm located in is very peaceful and quiet except for the occasional barks from the guard dog upstairs but I love it! :-) People that I've seen walking dogs actually pick up after them which is great. Even though it's not a gated community it feels safe here. No problems so far and I hope to never have any. All in all the property is very nice!

the best one i've lived at thus far. it's very quiet and peaceful. i would have never thought any of my neighbors had dogs if i hadn't seen them outside with them. the animals are quite when i'm home and it's located in a very beautiful location with easy access to basic personal needs. the facilities provided are well kept and clean. the prices are very reasonable and i only had one encounter with my lights (which was my own fault) that they fixed within a day or two. the staff are amazing as well. overall i'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment in Vegas on the north side of town. hell anywhere. i live 45 minutes away from my job but it's well worth it for me.

I would tell them it's the home I have been looking for. It's very peaceful and I have no complaints at all. I have lived in the apartment life before and this is by far my best experience! If you do come to move in, ask for Fawda in the office. She is amazing and took care of me, no surprises, keys in hand and right on time.

All common areas are well lighted, landscaped and maintained. Location is great for shopping, restaurants, access to the 215 and mass transit. Highly Recommended by a resident of 5 years.
