Very clean, unbeatable transportation access (Bay Street Train) and very helpful staff who are always there to answer questions or help with whatever needs you may have. Michele DiCola, Montclair Residences Business Manager, has been amazing from the start - she was great through the process of finding an apartment, putting up w/ our delayed decision making and last minute requests; she's continued being just as helpful after our move in and through our first two months of living here. Overall, great place to live and amazing staff.

It is very good neighbor around here and the apartment is perfect for living. We are satisfied with living in here. However, we feel management's response is not as quick as we wish. Sometimes we get so fast but other takes more than a week to get responses back. At that point, management needs some improvement toward it.

I've been at this building for a few months and it's been great. The building is clean. The exterior looks near immaculate. However, I put in two maintenance requests weeks ago and have not received a response. That's my only gripe!
