It is one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in with a good mix of green space, trees, and luxury. The staff at the rental office is always very helpful and knows the tenants by name.

I would tell them that it is a wonderful place to live if you like peace and quiet. I love the convience of the laundry room being right downstairs, however, it is very inconvient to have to walk all the way to building one to fill the card; esp. during bad weather. Maintaince around here is also very good. They are always right prompt when there are any problems and take care of an issue very seriously.

Never saw a bug yet! Love that, that is so important to me. I feel very safe no matter what time I come and go. Place is well lit, love the balcony. Only compliant, is traffic getting out of development in morning.

The community is a very nice area to live. The maintenance and leasing staff are wonderful. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant. The grounds are very well kept. Very convenient location - easy parkway & turnpike access and many stores around the development.

I have been a tenant 5 + years and the leasing staff are very pleasant and the maintenance staff are very professional and timely. The events that are planned i.e. the annual picnic, Movie night by the pool and Christmas party are great additions to the M.A.P.J community, they allow us to meet some of our neighbors and have a little fun all at the same time. Keep up the good work !!!!!!

We moved in June 2011 and could not be happier. I just wish that there was more parking. We have two cars so one goes in the garage while the other one is outside. The only place I don't like to park is the parking lot across from the row of derelict houses that look like they are about to fall down. At night, it doesn't look too safe; although I do have to say, as of today, we have had no issues. I do belive that parking lot will become an actual parking lot soon as some type of construction is going on there. Other than that, it is well worth for the money that we are paying.
