It is a pleasant place to live, very clean and well maintained. However parking can be a problem and finding a parking space can be hard since there are no assigned spaces.

To put it simply, I can't wait to move out!! I have had nothing but aggravation from the staff here at Avalon of Watchung. The maintenance team is a joke, the leasing office staff can't keep their ducks in a row and get anything straight, and they charge a ridiculous amount of money for apartments that haven't been updated in over a decade. If you want to get a constant run-around, and fed a laundry list of lies by the staff here then feel free to move in. I am counting down the days until I can move out.
