It's a great place to live in a very desirable neighborhood of Palmer Township. It's the perfect place for busy professionals who commute or travel a lot. You are just a skip from all major arteries and there's absolutely nothing to do but move in. If you're looking for a brand new place with all the right amenities, Woodmont is the place for you. On a side note, here are my comments in relation to the ratings below. 1. Parking is definitely going to become a problem as the community fills up. There just doesn't seem to be enough parking spaces in front of the buildings to accomodate and average of 2 cars per household. 2. Noise definitely resonates up from the lower floor apartments. Noise from adjacent units is not prevalent. Maybe consider having buildings that are animal and kid-free. 3. The crew that comes in to mow the lawn does not do the best job, considering the type of community. The grass is occasionally not blown from the sidewalks, leaving a lot of residue, especially on weeks when there are a lot of grass clippings. The edges are not trimmed along the sidewalk and the border along the shrubs. The grounds crew should not use the riding lawn mowers in small grass areas, especially areas that are not flat. There are many spots that don't get cut and it kills the grass. A walking lawn mower in small areas in front of the buildings would be better. 4. If the walkway up to the picnic area was not so steep, I think more people would use it. Try carrying food containers that are heavy and walking up that hill. It's just a thought and I've heard other residents tell me how hard it it to get up that hill. I know that the pool is being closed up but this is just a thought for next year and as the community grows and more people know about it. I would suggest putting in the fob detectors next to the men's and women's restroom doors that get you back into the clubhouse or install a higher fence around the lower portions of the patio area. 5. They definitely did not put two coats on the paint. The paint is very thin. You can already see black along the corners of the walls. There should be more quality control on the other buildings under construction. 6. Eddie is great! Overall, I hope we do not neglect the community standards to keep the rental numbers up. It will only slowly degrade the community, if this happens. These comments are all constructive and only to help the community.

Thank you for your comments and we are happy that you choose Woodmont Place at Palmer for your apartment home. I am not aware of any parking issues at this time. The buildings that are currently open are almost fully occupied now. Residents who have guests visiting our community should instruct their guests to park in the overflow parking area near the clubhouse. Residents with extra vehicles should also park the extra vehicles away from the front of the buildings. There is life around everyone that lives in an apartment community. We do ask that all our residents be considerate of their neighbors in regards to noise. Don’t forget that the clubhouse is open 24 hours for our resident’s convenience! We are looking at different landscapers for next season. We do have one path to the picnic area that has an incline however the rest of the paths to the picnic area are pretty easy to navigate. Access to the pool area is being changed and we will communicate that to all residents when the pool opens in May 2012. I recommend that you contact the office for a service request if you have any issues in your apartment, including the paint. It is like building your own home and moving into a brand new place. The staff is great and always willing to help. It is quiet for an apartment. Clean, well kept. They even change the filters and batteries in the smoke alarms. Wonderful place for alll ages. From newlyweds to raising children, to retirement. Never see trash thrown around, the tenants really care about the property to keep it clean and neat. Everyone says hello to each other. Friendly environment.

I've have been at Saucon View for about 9 years. It's a little epensive but the people are great and you can't beat the maintenance. The little problems I have had were resolved quickly. I highly recommend Saucon View.

I have been a tenant 5 + years and the leasing staff are very pleasant and the maintenance staff are very professional and timely. The events that are planned i.e. the annual picnic, Movie night by the pool and Christmas party are great additions to the M.A.P.J community, they allow us to meet some of our neighbors and have a little fun all at the same time. Keep up the good work !!!!!!
